This requires prior approval from an RMLO (Residential Mortgage Loan Officer) they will take an application and look at your ability to pay and down payment proof.

RMLO (Residential Mortgage Loan Originator) We will provide you with the application link for the program. Once you apply and provide documentation available to document your proof of downpayment and proof of income. the RMLO will reach out to you and go over your application. Once reviewed they will give you a maximum purchase amount and provide you with the paperwork and a preliminary estimate of closing costs and payment. (A balanced estimate with the title company is sent out before closing.

Step 4:

We assist you in finding the home you want to purchase. You are able to select any home on the market as long as it stays within the maximum purchase criteria.

Step 5:

Have our offer accepted by the seller and close on

the transaction.
